Task module provides with an overview of all tasks you have access to.
The Chart on the left shows the status of the tasks. These are the following:
Completed on time
Completed late
Overdue – not completed
On the right side of the chart, there is a filter options for all the current task. By using the filter, you can search for a specific task by using the unique ID, or search based on status, state, deadline, etc.
Above the filter option, you have the possibility to download the tasks as a PDF, CSV and/or an Excel file.
You can also Create a new task by using the CREATE + option. For more information on how to create a new task, read this article.
Filter
To open the Filter window, you will have to click on the “Filter” button situated on the left side of the horizontal list with options.
The filter options for the task are the following:
Search – You can search for a specific title or a more general one but also for an employee who is assigned to a Task.
State of completion – Here you can choose between:
► Completed on time (green)
► Completed too late (amber)
► Overdue – not completed (red)
Show – Similar to State of completion, in this field you have multiple options to select: ► All Tasks
► Tasks I have assigned to others
► Tasks assigned to me
Status (Active/Inactive) – Will show only the task with the Active/Inactive status.
Deadline from & Deadline to – Select the date frame for your deadline of the task.
Type – A task can have multiple types, here you can select which type of the task (or multiple types) you want to be displayed. (ex: Treatment, Incident Report)
Search by ID – Each task has its own unique ID, if you want to search for a specific task you can use his unique ID in this field.
At the bottom of the Filter section you will find Clear filter that can be used to clear the search.
Tasks
A list of all tasks can be found here. Clicking on the title of the specific task will take you to that task.
On this list, you can find multiple information about each task, such as:
The title of the task,
The current status of the task,
Upcoming tasks,
The user assigned with the responsibilities of the task,
Icons indicating the status of the task or if the task is linked to another module:
💡 Tip: If you want to compare two tasks, you can do so by using the option right above the status icons. After selecting two tasks that you wish to compare, a new window will pop out with a side by side comparison of the two tasks. See picture below for reference.
Issues
All the records of the current issues can be found in this section. Clicking on the title of a specific issue will open a new window with detailed information about the issue. Here, you can also go to the task from which the issue was raised. On this list, you can find the following information about each task:
Title of the issue
Date when was created
Category from which the issue belong
Issue severity
Task of the issue
Current status
Within the Issues tab, users can filter their search results by utilizing the filter button located on the right-hand side of the page.
Filter options for Issues:
Category – You can choose the category of the issue
Severity level – Select the level of severity for your issue:
► Low
► Medium
► High
► None
Status – You have different options for the status of the issue:
► None
► Open
► Started
► Action Assigned
► Closed

Corrective Actions
This list shows all the corrective actions. Clicking on a specific corrective action will send you to the specific page of the corrective action where you will find a more detailed description of the corrective action.
In this list you can find the following information:
Title of the action
Due date
The responsible person
Current status
Similar to the Issues section, the Filters button is located on the right-hand side of the tab for easy accessibility.
Filter options for Corrective Actions:
Deadline from & Deadline to – Select the date range for your deadline of your Corrective Actions
Status – In this field you can select the Status of your Corrective Actions from the following options:
► Upcoming
► Completed
► Rejected
► Awaiting Approval
► Started
Overdue tasks
At the bottom of the page you will find all the current overdue tasks. Here, you will also find the date on which the deadline became overdue. To access the task from which the overdue deadline is from, you can do so by clicking the title.
The admin or assignor of the task has also the ability to delete the overdue deadlines. Users with this ability will see a delete icon next to the overdue deadline, as shown in the picture below.
