Create a new Task

This article will explain how to create a new Task on the Human Risks platform.

Updated over a week ago

A new task can be created on the Tasks module by clicking on "Create".

Next, start by filling out the information required:

  • Title – type the title of the task.

  • Division – select which division(s) should have access to this task. You can also select a specific user to have access to this task if he/she do not have access to the selected division by clicking on the user icon.

  • Assignor – select a responsible manager of the task. The Assignor is notified if a deadline is exceeded.

  • Assignee – select the user who is responsible for carrying out the task. The Assignee will be notified in advance about future deadlines.

  • Enable Review process – If you enable a review process, by ticking this box, the task can be sent back and forth between the assignor and assignee until the assignor approves it or if a reviewer is added, he/she approves it.

  • Notification – The number of days in advance the assignee should be notified about an upcoming Task.

  • Description – Describe the task.

Additionally, you can add multiple elements to the task, such as:

  • Checklist – add a list of elements required for task to be done, or a step by step guide of how the task should be handled.

  • Questionnaire – Attach any relevant questionnaires to the task by either selecting from existing questionnaires or by creating a new questionnaire. Adding a questionnaire will give you detailed data of the responses and allows creating issues (non-conformities) and corrective actions to support a more compliance-driven process.

  • Frequency - You can add a frequency which will generate multiple deadlines similar to a reoccurring calendar-invitation.

  • Deadline(s) – You can add one or multiple individual deadlines.

You can preview your task by clicking "Preview" before creating it. To create the task, simply click "Create".
