A questionnaire consists of a no. of questions and answers. Every questionnaire is per definition a template that you can send out multiple times to different groups of recipients or on a recurring basis via the Tasks function.
When you click on the questionnaire module, you will see the overall structure of the page which consists of the following tabs: Your questionnaires, your responses, broadcast, from your divisions.
Your Questionnaire(s)
Here you will find an overview of all the questionnaires you have created.
In this section you will have the option to:
Broadcast (Paperplane icon) - send out the questionnaire.
Statistics - see the scoring of a questionnaire by clicking on the questionnaire.
Archive - delete a questionnaire.
Copy - copy the questionnaire.
Status - see the current status of a questionnaire.
Your Responses
In the "Your Responses" tab, you get an overview of questionnaires you have received and need to answer and your responses both completed and in progress.
Broadcasts
In the "Broadcast" tab, you will find all the questionnaires you have sent out. For each broadcasted questionnaire you can check the number of replies, see the progress and the result.
From Your Division(s)
In this tab, you will find all the other questionnaires that you have access to because you share their divisional relation. Depending on your user role, what you can do with these questionnaires will vary.
Notifications
As a recipient of a questionnaire (you have been asked to complete a questionnaire in a broadcast) you will receive a notification in the following instances:
Straight after the questionnaire has been sent to you
A weekly reminder for as long as you have not completed the questionnaire. Is sent on the same weekday as the questionnaire was broadcasted.
As an author you are notified in the following instances:
When a recipient on a broadcast submits his/her response (when the questionnaire has been completed)
A weekly status of is sent night between Sunday and Monday (CET):
Who has begun completion
Who has completed and
Who has not begun completion of a broadcast yet
Once all recipients have responded to a broadcast (answered the questionnaire)
