The risk assessment feature gives you the ability to create risk assessments of your sites, travel destinations, and even individuals.
Overview
On this page, you get a total overview of all the risk assessments you have access to.
You have the following options:
Divisions - Select the division(s) you want to view risk assessments from. You can select one or multiple divisions.
Search - Search for a specific risk assessment by typing in its Title, Country, Owner, or catchwords.
Filter - Allows you to filter among the risk assessments on the following criteria: Site Categories, Asset Types, Sub Assets, Countries, BIAS, Completion Status and Custom fields. You can always select multiple options.
Create - Create a risk assessment.
Export Excel - allows you to export all risk assessments into an excel file.
Once you scroll down, you can find a list of the risk assessments.
Title of risk assessments - If you click the title you will be taken to that specific risk assessment's page.
Risk Score - A Risk Assessment is assigned a score based on the risk
Status - Refers to whether the risk assessment is "active" or "inactive". For more information read this.
Country and City - Indicates the country and the respective city of where the site is located.
Owner - This is the person who is set to be responsible of the assessment and also the person who receives notifications about incident reports/alerts, review date and if another user edits the assessment.
Completed on - Show the date the risk assessment was put as completed.
Copy - Gives you the option to duplicate an existing risk assessment. The copied risk assessment will have the same information as the original one however, you have the option to change the title and the location of it.
Edit - Allows you to edit the risk assessment's basic information as title, asset type, division, owner, site category, status (active/inactive), remarks, conclusion, dates & location.
Archive - A click on Archive DELETES the risk assessment. The risk assessment will not be permanently deleted from our back-up but can only be re-created by the Human Risks support team and will incur a cost for your organisation.
