This article explains how to create a custom field for Activity Logs on the Human Risks platform.

In order to create a custom field for your Activity Logs follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Form Templates module, find the template labeled "Activity Report" and click the Edit button on the right side of the page.

  • Additionally, you can click the "Create+" button and then click "Edit" on the Activity Report button.

  • Next, customize the template by dragging the required content fields from the left side of the screen to the middle and adjusting them as needed. You can find more details on customizing your form on this article: Create a new custom form.

  • Once you're done, the changes made will be reflected when you fill out an activity report.
