In Human Risks you will receive notifications about various actions across different modules available, such as Risk Assessment, depending on your role. This keeps you informed about any changes or updates happening. To see if you have any unread notifications, click on the "bell" icon next to your name. This will open a new page where you can adjust your subscription settings on the left, and on the right, you'll find a list of all the unread notifications.
In this article, you can find a list of all the notifications you will receive within the different modules of the Human Risks site:
Risk Assessments
If your risk assessment was activated (the status was changed from “Inactive” to “Active”)
If another user changes your (where you are the owner) risk assessment
If you are removed as owner of a risk assessment
If you are added as an owner of a risk assessment by another user
If you (owner of risk assessment) are subscribing to incident reports and a new incident report is received in the system (external or internal)
7 days before the review date
If the review date is exceeded
7 days before the end date (expiration) if there is a “Start” and “End Date” of the risk assessment
If you are mentioned in comments (@username…)
Incident Reports
If you are mentioned in comments (@username…)
Individual Access
If you have been given or removed individual access (not via division) to content (i.e. a risk assessment, incident report etc.)
Tasks (with or without a questionnaire added to the task)
Assignee:
In advance of deadline c.f. the settings of the task
If deadline is exceeded (deadline + app. 2 hrs)
A weekly update of relevant tasks is sent night between Sunday and Monday (CET)
Assignor:
If deadline is exceeded (deadline + app. 2 hrs)
If a follow-up is created on a Task you have assigned (instantly)
A weekly report with an overview of relevant tasks is sent on the night between Sunday and Monday (CET)
Reviewer:
When the task is forwarded to you as a Reviewer for final review and approval
If a Review Process is added to a Task:
When a task is forwarded to the relevant user (Assignor, Assignee or Reviewer)
If you are mentioned in a comment in the task or associated questionnaire.
Questionnaire
As a recipient of a questionnaire (you have been asked to complete a questionnaire in a broadcast)
Straight after the questionnaire has been sent to you
A weekly reminder for as long as you have not completed the questionnaire. Is sent on the same weekday as the questionnaire was broadcasted.
As an author, you are notified about:
When a recipient on a broadcast submits his/her response (when the questionnaire has been completed)
A weekly status of is sent night between Sunday and Monday (CET):
Who has begun completion
Who has completed and
Who has not begun completion of a broadcast yet
Once all recipients have responded to a broadcast (answered the questionnaire)
New Users & Password
If you have been invited to the platform (new user creation)
When you are trying to reset your password (clicked the “Forgot password?” link on the frontpage)
