Incident Reports Overview

This article gives an overview of the Incident Reports module.

Updated over a week ago

The map will use your location as the center per default and show approximately 4 weeks' historic data. You will see both external incident reports (if your organisation subscribes to external data) and your own organisation's incident reports. The map shows a maximum of 3.000 incident reports at a time. Be aware of this limit and narrow your search to see the entire result.

On the page you will have access to the following:

  • Divisions – Allows you to narrow your search so that only internal incident reports from the chosen division(s) are shown.

  • Search Location – The map connected with Google Maps and allows you to center the map over a geographic location of your choice.

  • Documentation - The document icon let's you access the documents that has been made available for the risk assessment module.

  • Showing X of X – Here you can see how many incident reports you see of the total number of your search.

  • List – Gives you a list view of the incident reports that are also shown on the map. Be aware that we do not show future external incident reports (i.e. an upcoming strike among rail workers) on the map but they are shown on the list view.

  • Export – Gives you the option to export the selected internal layer as an excel file. The following internal layers are possible for exporting:

    • Internal Incident Reports

    • Custom forms

    • Activity logs

  • Map options – The map options gives you the possibility to customize the interactive maps. You can choose which map type to be used or to enable multiple overlays information such as traffic or transit terminals.

  • Clear – Clear removes all the current used filters.

  • Filter – Allows you to filter on date range (remember if you want to include any future external incident reports i.e. strikes then adjust the date range accordingly) incident categories and risk level (only applicable to external incident reports).

  • Create + – Creating a new report can be done using this option. A new window will open from which the user will have the ability to choose which type of reports he/she wants to create.

  • Search title - Find a specific risk assessment quickly by simply searching for its title
