Incident Reports Overview

This article gives an overview of the Incident Reports module.

Updated over a week ago

The incident reports function provides an overview of all internal incident reports within your organization, as well as external reports if your organization has access to external intelligence providers.

Overview

The overview of the Incident Reports module consists of a Filter, List and a Map View.

The list view will show approximately 4 weeks' historic data, unless you set different filter options. You will see both external incident reports (if your organization subscribes to external data) and your own organization's incident reports (internal, custom, and activity).

If you change to the map view, you will see incidents around your location on the map (you can zoom in and out). You can set a range to define how big of a range you want to view incidents within.

Once you have set your filters, click on 'Hide Filters' to just see the map. You can zoom in until you reach a 3D-view of the site you want to see.

  • To select a new area to filter on Geographically, drag the location icon to the new area you want to place it at. Additionally, you can search for a location in the search field at the top of the map.

  • To filter on incident without limiting to a specific range, set the range to 0.

The Filter Options depend on which tab you chose. All tabs will have Reporting Period Filters.

  • Reporting Period Filters – Allows you to select Start and End Dates of the incidents or a specific period.

Other Options:

  • Export Excel – You will receive an export report based on your defined filters via email

  • Reset Filters – Removes all the current used filters.

  • Create + - Creating a new report can be done using this option. A new window will open from which the user will have the ability to choose which type of reports he/she wants to create.
