In the second quarter of 2026, we introduced a new individual Risk Assessment PDF Report Builder feature. The Risk Assessment Report Builder enables you to generate audience-specific PDF exports from any individual risk assessment. Users can select a preset tailored to their team or customize content blocks.

All team members can send leadership a clean PDF without touching a design tool:
Produce a board summary, a technical deep dive, and an audit pack from the same assessment by choosing from our format presets or by building a custom report from scratch.
Time spent on reports can be redirected to analyzing the risks within them.
Generate branded reports that are ready to share.
Getting Started
You'll see the new feature if your platform administrators have opted in to make it available in your Human Risks environment. Contact your platform administrators if you'd like this feature to be accessible.
Once activated, navigate to the Risk Assessment for which you wish to extract a report.
The export feature is indicated by the button labelled "Generate Report."
Introduction
Generating the Report
Upon clicking the button, the options to customize your report will be displayed. Below is a concise guide to each of the fields:
Report Details
Title
The title of your Risk Assessment serves as the default title for your Report. However, you have the flexibility to provide your own title within a 120-character limit.
Additional Frontpage Commentary
This section offers the opportunity to provide additional context to the intended audience of the report. This text will be displayed on the front page of the report. This is an optional field with a limit of 500 characters.
Classification Label
You can also add an optional classification label (e.g. "Confidential") that renders in the footer of every page.
Report Content
Choose from report format presets (Site Threat & Treatment Profile, Issues & Actions Summary, Comprehensive Risk Assessment Report) or build a custom report from scratch.
The various content blocks can be toggled on and off, and reordered by dragging the tiles to their preferred position in the list. This flexibility is available even within the presets we provide.
The different presets give you different perspectives derived from the same Risk Assessment.
Note:
The Issues & Actions summary will be available to you if your organization has our new Issues & Corrective Actions Feature enabled.
The Tasks that are downloaded in the report are the Tasks in the Issues & Corrective Actions Feature, the Risk Assessment Reviews and their associated Corrective Actions.
Downloading the Report
Reports are queued and delivered by email, with a history of previous and pending exports available in the Files tab:

The logo and cover page background image are configured at the organisation level by your administrator. To request a change, reach out to them directly.
