History of Changes

This article explains how you can view changes made within a Risk Assessment.

Updated over 3 months ago

The history of changes gives you an audit trail of all the changes made to a Risk Assessment. You can view the History Log os any Risk Assessments that you have access to.

To view it, click on the "History" tab inside of your Risk Assessment.

You have several options of filtering the changes:

  • You can filter on Start Date & End Date to see changes made in a specific time period.

  • You can filter on Changed By to filter on changes made by a specific user.

  • You can filter on the Type of changes: created (green), updated (yellow) or deleted (red).
