To create custom fields to your Risk Assessment please follow the steps below:
Go to the Form Builder module in the menu. Note: only admins will have access to this module.
Click on "Create +"
Click on "Create" under "Risk Assessment"
Start adding the fields relevant to you Risk Assessment. Find more details on custom fields in this article.
Once you are done adding the fields, click on "Save" to save the changes. The changes made in the form builder will now be reflected when you create a new Risk Assessment.
Note: The new fields will only be present on new Risk Assessment created from the moment you have made the changes. They will not appear on existing Risk Assessments.
