This article will explain how you can set up an upload disclaimer.

As an administrator on the Human Risks platform, you have the ability to configure a disclaimer for the upload feature to be displayed in the Files section. This can be done on the Organization page.

  1. To define an upload disclaimers, go to the Organization page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Custom disclaimer under Advanced Functions.

A new page will open where you can enter the text that you want to appear as the disclaimer. A disclaimer is a statement that aims to limit or clarify legal responsibilities or rights. In this context, a disclaimer can be used to inform the users about restrictions or limitations associated with the uploaded content.

After configuring a disclaimer, an information icon will now appear next to the "Files" text, indicating the presence of the disclaimer. To view the disclaimer, simply hover your mouse over the information icon.
