Reports extract

This article explains how to extract user reports containing information such as a user's most recent incident or login.

The Human Risks platform enables you to extract user reports that include details like a user's latest incident or login activity.

To do this, go to the "Organization" module and scroll down to the Reports section.

To download a user report, simply click on the download button located on the right side of the Users section.

A new window will open, giving you the option to select the details you want to include in the report. You can choose from:

  • Name: User's name.

  • Email: User's email address.

  • Last login: Date and time of the user's most recent login.

  • Last incident: Date and time of the user's most recent incident.

  • All divisions: Shows all the divisions to which the user is assigned.

  • Top-level divisions: Shows only the highest-level divisions to which the user is assigned.

If you wish to filter the user reports to focus on a particular division or subdivision, you can easily do so using the filter division dropdown. Simply choose the division you want from the dropdown menu:
