The Human Risks platform enables you to extract user reports that include details like a user's latest incident or login activity. In order to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your platform.

  2. Go to the Organization module

  3. Scroll down until you find the Reports section of the page.

  4. Click on the download icon located on the right side of the Users.

A new window will open, giving you the option to select the details you want to include in the report.

Here you can choose to include in your report the following:

  • Name: User's name.

  • Email: User's email address.

  • Last login: Date and time of the user's most recent login.

  • Last incident: Date and time of the user's most recent incident.

  • All divisions: Shows all the divisions to which the user is assigned.
