The following explanations explains what the different icons in the incident reports module represents.
Incident Category Icons. The coloured circle and numbers (1-5) reflect the risk levels; low(green)-moderate(amber)-medium(orange)-high(red)-extreme(black). The “i” in the circle is for “internal” where external incident reports (from external vendors) will show an “e”.
