Do you have some questions and need to find our guides or get in contact with one of our customer support staff?

To get help, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the Messenger bubble, which you can find in the bottom right corner.

2. To chat with customer support staff from Human Risks, then click "Send us a message". If no customer support staff is available, your question is emailed to us, and we’ll respond within your company’s SLA.​

3. You can search on keywords e.g. "risk assessment" and find articles (user guides) that contain step-by-step instructions, explanations of features and functionalities, troubleshooting tips, and other relevant information.
