Create a new Mass Comms Message
To create a new Mass Comms message, click on the "Create+" button.
Fill the following input fields with information:
Text message: Write the message you want to send out to the recipients.
Recipients groups, Users, Contacts: Select the users who should receive the message. You have three options for adding these. It can be recipient groups that have already been set up on the organization page by and administrator, it can be users of the platform select on the list, lastly, it can be contacts which aren't users on the platform.
Options: Select on which channel you want your users to receive the message. Note, if you want your message to create a new Event. Select "Tracking".
Overview inside an active event
The page of the Event is distributed in multiple sections:
Chat: The chat history of the event
People: All the people involved in the event
Details: The options selected in the creation of the event
If you want to close an event, click on "Close event" from top right corner.
