The Mass Communication modules allows you to communicate information to a large group of people. This articles will explain what you can see on the overview page of the Mass Communication module.
Once you click on the Mass Comms module on the navigation bar, this is the overview you will have when you click into the Mass Comms module.
On the frontpage of the Mass Comms module you will find the following:
Prepared messages - Gives you an overview of any prepared messages on the modules. You can click into them to view the prepared message and which user/users, contacts or group have been set to receive the message in case of an emergency.
Active events - You will be able to see all the ongoing events displayed in this section. In order to see a detailed status including tracking, participants, chat, press the “gauge” icon which will be displayed on the right side.
Closed events - All the closed events will be displayed in this section. Similar to active events, there will be an "gauge" icon which will provide additional information about the event.
Sent messages - Displays all the messages that were sent in the past. In order to view all the details of an sent message, such as delivery status, click on the "eye" icon displayed on the right side.
