Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is the process of creating a systematic and comprehensive approach to prepare for, respond to, and recover from potential disruptions to critical business operations.
The goal of BCP is to ensure the survival and sustainability of an organization in the event of a disaster, accident, or other disruption, and to minimize the impact it has to it.
BCP frontpage
On the frontpage of BCP module you will find the following:
Search field - Gives you the option to search for a specific BCP by typing the title of the BCP or the name of the owner.
Hide Map - Give you the option to hide the map showing the existing BCPs which have a locations defined.
Create + - Let’s you create a new BCP.
A list of current BCP - Under the map, you will find a list view of all the BCPs that you have access to.
You can access a BCP by clicking on it.
You can also edit and/or remove a BCPs by clicking on the icons found on the right side of the list.
