Updated over a week ago

As an administrator on the Human Risks platform, you are able to set up threat templates that will be suggested when a user clicks on Suggested Threats.

How to set up Threat Templates:

  1. Go to your platform.

  2. Click into the Organization module.

  3. Scroll down to Threat templates.

  4. Click on Create +

Start by defining your threat:

  1. Define if the threat should be Mandatory or not.

A mandatory threat differs from a regular one in that you cannot remove it from the suggestions list within the Risk Assessment.

2. Select the Threat category you want to add a template for.

3. Select the Threat type within that threat category that you would like to define.

4. Edit the Title if relevant.

5. Set a predefined Cost if relevant.

6. Add a Description to the threat template.

7. Add a Comment to the threat template.

8. Below, pre assess the Likelihood and/or the Consequence levels if relevant.

Set the criteria for when a threat should be suggested:

You can base the criteria on one or more of the following factors: the Countries, the Asset Types and/or the Site Categories. The threat will be suggested whenever one or more of these criteria match.

  1. Click on the drop-downs to select one or more options for the threat templates to be suggested.
