Our dashboard gives you an updated overview of key data and metrics across the platform represented by the tiles Deadlines, Cost, Risks and Treatments, Incident Reports.
Deadlines
Deadlines are set times or dates by which certain treatments or tasks need to be completed.
On the dashboard, we provide you with an overview of deadlines as follows:
Exceeded Treatments - treatments that have crossed the deadline of their implementation.
Upcoming Treatments - treatments that must be implemented within the next 30 days Exceeded Audits; audits that have not been completed in time.
Exceeded tasks - tasks that have exceeded their deadline.
Treatments
The treatment tile indicates the total number of identified treatments in risk assessments and their current status:
The treatments are categorized into different sections:
Implemented - Treatments that have been put into action.
In Progress - Treatments currently being worked on but not yet completed.
Not Implemented - Accepted Risk - Risks acknowledged but not addressed due to acceptance.
Not Set - Treatments that haven't been assigned or determined yet.
Cost
In the cost tile you will find all the information related to cost/loss:
Existing Treatments Costs - all costs stated on treatments that are implemented
New Treatment Costs - all costs stated on treatments not yet implemented
Treatment Savings - all savings stated on both implemented and not implemented treatments (as a negative amount)
Threats Costs - all costs stated on threats
Incident Report Costs - all costs stated on incident reports (can only be done by users with the role "Manager").
Risks
The risk tile shows the distribution across low, medium and high-risk levels (left) and residual risk level (right). Here you can see to which degree the organization is capable of identifying treatments that reduce the level of risk:
The residual risk level should be anticipated to be lower than the risk level as measures (treatments) are identified. "Low - Medium - High" link to the Risk Register.β―
Incident Reports
Shows the latest incident reports and allows you to toggle between external (if your organization subscribes to data from an external vendor) and internal incident reports (incident reports created by people in your own organization).
