Setting up Mandatory Treatment Comment

This article describes how to configure mandatory comments on treatments statuses.

To set up mandatory comments to a Treatments Status, please navigate to the Organisation page. Please note, you need to be an Administrator on the platform to set this up.

Scroll down to the section called Treatment Implementation Status.

  1. Tick the box on the implementation status you want to require a mandatory comment on.

  2. The setting will save automatically.

Note: A comment is only required the first time a status is set.

For example, if a comment is required for "Not Implemented," it will only be needed the first time that status is applied. If you change the status from "Implemented" back to "Not Implemented," a comment will not be required again.
