Signing in for the first time

You have been invited to the Human Risks platform, and now you want to sign in for the first time. Welcome to Human Risks!

Updated in the last hour

Follow the guide below that matches how your organization has set up access. Here are the 3 cases and instructions for each:

If you're unsure of the method of signing in to be used, you can contact your platform administrators for guidance.

Signing in for the first time: Email & Password users

1. You have received an email from Human Risks (donotreply@mail.humanrisks.com) with the title "Get started with Human Risks - Your Registration Steps". Click the hyperlink on the word "here" and go to our platform's sign-in page.

2. Please use a modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.

3. Write a password of your own choosing, but be aware of the requirements as highlighted in the screenshot below.

Please remember to confirm your password in the 2nd input field as shown below, and click "Reset password".

4. Check the welcome email for your organization's login URL and organization name, then navigate to the login page and enter your organization name.

5. Input the email and password you set.

6. You will then see this modal displaying the Human Risks branding. The modal confirms the app requesting access.

  • Click "Accept" to proceed: you'll be logged in as normal

  • Click "Decline" only if you did not initiate the login

This is a proactive security measure we have added to protect against login-redirect attacks.

You're now ready to get started on the platform!

If you encounter any problems along the way, please go to your login page and click "Forgot password?" to restart the process. If you're still having problems, please check step 3 (password requirements). You can always reach us at support@humanrisks.com if you need any assistance.

Signing in for the first time: Using Azure AD

Unlike the other sign-in method, there are no registration steps for you to complete independently. Access is set up and granted by your organization, so the process is mostly handled on their end. The steps below simply explain what to expect.

If your organization uses SSO, you will have to ensure that your organization has given you access. Please contact your platform manager to request access or to learn the process by which you need to request access to the platform.

  1. You will be notified by your organization when access has been granted, along with the URL for the Human Risks platform.

  2. Please use a modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Visit the URL provided by your organization.

  3. Sign in using the below guide:

    a. Click here if the URL provided by your organization is app.humanrisks.com

    b. Click here if the URL provided to you is NOT app.humanrisks.com

If your URL is app.humanrisks.com

If this is the URL you are using, you will see a prompt to type in your Organization Name. Fill out the field.

Depending on your organization's set-up, you could see different options.

Option 1

If you see the below, click the "Continue with Azure AD" button (do not type your email or password)

Option 2:

If you see the screen below, simply enter your email and select "Next" and proceed to Step 4 below in this article.

If the URL is not app.humanrisks.com

You may have received a URL specific to your organization. In this case, you will see an option to sign in via Microsoft, as seen below. Enter your email address and click "Next." Proceed to Step 4 below in this article.

4. Once you have entered your credentials, you will see this modal displaying the Human Risks branding. The modal confirms the app requesting access.

  • Click "Accept" to proceed: you'll be logged in as normal

  • Click "Decline" only if you did not initiate the login

This is a proactive security measure we have added to protect against login-redirect attacks.

You're now ready to get started on the platform! If you encounter any problems then please reach out to your own organization's access management team / IT-support team, as user management and authentication when using SSO is out of our hands, unfortunately.
